We at JTF Markentreprenad are now looking for a colleague to join our team in earthworks and construction who primarily wants to work with machine operation but also sees the advantage of the position including many other tasks. We are a small family-oriented company where everyone helps each other, which means that the tasks vary. The position starts in March or April 2026, located in Kävlinge. This is a full-time position with working hours scheduled on weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00.

Job Description

The tasks vary depending on the season and which customers you work with, providing you the opportunity to develop in several areas.

Common tasks include:

• Construction work such as excavation of drains, drainage, etc.
• Green space maintenance using machinery
• Street sweeping
• Snow and ice control
• Basic service and maintenance of our vehicle fleet
• Construction jobs may also occur

Our office is located in Kävlinge, but you will work from home and travel to our customers to perform work throughout Skåne, which means that the position includes some time in the car as well as towing. The position mainly involves construction work at our customers' sites, but also various tasks in our machine hall.

Requirements for the position

To apply for this position, we expect that you:

• Hold a professional driver's license for excavators and wheel loaders and have previous experience operating these
• Hold a B driving license
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

We also see it as an advantage if you:

• Hold a “work on the road and BE driving license”
• Have previous experience working as a construction worker
• Have previous experience operating tool carriers, park tractors, or lawn mowers
